If you want to go to Chicago during Easter Break, a $50 deposit and registration form is due by November 17th.
Progressive Dinner and Overnight-- November 19
We will be going from house to house having a Thanksgiving Feast. Then we will be splitting up (boys and girls) for an overnight.

Sr. High students will be participating in a prayer moment regarding our bodies and relationships during both worship services. Please plan on having your student be in both worship services on this day. Students should arrive at UPC by 8:15am.
Journey—Sunday, October 29
We will be meeting in Room 11 starting at 9:45am. We will hang-out and discuss the Imago Dei series.
Passage—Sunday, October 29
We will meet in the Student Center starting at 9:45am for lesson/discussion with Shawn Simas. The teaching topic is Friendship & Hospitality.
Trunk or Treat-- Tuesday, October 31
UPC is hosting a Trunk or Treat for kids in the apartment communities around our church on October 31 from 5:30p till 8pm. We will need our high school students to participate in this by decorating car trunks, leading games, doing face painting, etc. Also, we will need some vehicles for the trunk decorating. Also, a candy box will be in the Narthex for people to donate bags of candy. We are partnering with Childrens Ministry and Evangelism Committee on this. For more details, see Jessica.
Mentor Groups
Just a reminder that there is NO Sunday evening weekly program anymore. Mentor Groups have taken the place of this program and these groups meet approximately 2-3 times per month at homes and coffee shops on different days.

We will be meeting in Room 11 starting at 9:45am. We will begin with conversation and hanging out and then move into our final talk on Imago Dei/Purity-- Fidelity in an Evanescent World. Please send your Sr. High student to Journey this month in order for us to best develop and form our students as a group. We will also talk in detail about the Imago Dei ceremony for the following Sunday.

If you haven't heard yet, we are going to be traveling to the great city of Chicago from April 2-7. The organization CSM (Center for Student Missions) will once again be hosting us in the city. If you are an interested adult, please contact Justin ASAP. More information coming soon.

All Jr. High and Sr. High girls are invited to come and serve at the UPC parking lot for the Fresno State game at 12:00pm. The girls will eat lunch while doing the parking lot. After parking cars, the girls will have an all girls afternoon planned by Jessica and Sarah involving Teasers & Color Me Mine. Students should bring $5. Plan on picking up your girls at 6:30pm here at UPC.
